![]() Maestro A. Brian Davenport conducts the Federal Way Symphony at the 2008 Summer Pops concert. A fully paid orchestra comprised of about 60 musicians, the Symphony made regional impact with a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in the Seattle Opera House to open the Goodwill Games. Under the direction of A. Brian Davenport, the Symphony performs at St Luke's Church in the heart of Federal Way. The Symphony is proud of its unique commitment to the youth of the area. The Symphony In The Schools program introduces symphonic music to local students every year. They are also one of the few orchestras that gives free concert admission to students 18 and under.
